The trailer that Yahoo! just posted for Cowboys & Aliens is just what you need after watching the trailer for Green Lantern. Imagine an alien invasion taking place in the old west – somewhat like the book War of the Worlds – and that is exactly what Cowboys & Aliens looks like.
Directed by Jon Favreau (Iron Man), written by a collection of writers known for LOST, Iron Man, Children of Men, Mission: Impossible III and Star Trek, and starring Daniel Craig (Casino Royale), Harrison Ford (Indiana Jones), Olivia Wilde (Tron Legacy), Sam Rockwell (Iron Man 2) and Paul Dano (There Will Be Blood), Cowboys & Aliens looks promising.
