Suicide Squad opens on Friday, August 5, but we at The Reel Place are excited to offer you the chance to see it for free on Monday, August 1 in Salt Lake City.

You’re probably familiar with the standard way that we give out advance screening passes, but pay close attention because this one is quite a bit different:

1. As soon as humanly possible, send an email to luke@thereelplace.com with “Suicide Squad” in the subject line and your first and last names in the body of the email. That’s it. Simple enough, right?

2. After you’ve sent the email, share the URL for this post (https://www.thereelplace.com/news/suicide-squad-passes) with your friends and family on Facebook and/or Twitter. (Be sure to do this step after sending your email because the passes are first-come, first-serve. Once they’re gone, they’re truly gone.)

3. Check your email early next week to see if you won. We will notify you either way, so please be patient with us because there are a lot of individual emails to go through and unique codes to track and distribute.

As always, having a pass does not guarantee admission into the screening. Be sure to arrive extra early (especially for this screening) to exchange your passes for assigned seating tickets.

Thanks for participating in the screening giveaway for Suicide Squad. We wish you the best of luck and look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the screening.

Synopsis: It feels good to be bad. Assemble a team of the world’s most dangerous, incarcerated Super Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government’s disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will do. However, once they realize they weren’t picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it’s every man for himself?
